This workshop will provide practical hands-on experience with residential wiring. We will learn lighting design, how to read blueprints and layout electrical circuits. In addition, we will study electrical service and grounding from the pole to the panel. Most of this workshop will be spent on a job site performing the skills necessary to get the electrical work done. Depending on the project, we will be doing one of three following types of wiring: a new build/rough-in, finish work, or remodeling/rewire. If you have your own electrical tools, you are encouraged to bring them, but the necessary tools will be provided.
Prerequisite -- Electricity: Safe & Secure workshop.
