"How a Change in Your Surroundings Can Help You Change Your Career" By Carrie Havranek
In the summer of 2007, eight students and ten instructors from Yestermorrow Design/Build School, congregated in Warren to build a single structure over the course of eleven weeks. The result: a garden shed called the Folly made of hand-hewn timbers, earth, straw and other natural materials, that can be seen just a few feet from the covered bridge in the center of Warren village. The secondary result: a book documenting the techniques used in creating the structure and the experiences of the staff, students and community members.
