Bill Hulstrunk
Bill is the Technical Manager for National Fiber, a cellulose manufacturer located in Belchertown, MA. His experiences range from installer, energy auditor and weatherization program director to technical advisor and trainer. He has taught nationally on insulation performance, super insulation design, thermal imaging, and dense pack cellulose.
