Helena "Linky" Le Roux Ohm
M.S. Environmental Studies, University of Montana; B.S. Natural Resources, University of Vermont
Linky le Roux Ohm received her B.S. from the University of Vermont in Natural Resources: Ecology with an emphasis in ecological design, and her M.S. from the University of Montana in Environmental Studies. She has worked for various non-profit organizations in fields ranging from community-based conservation to affordable green housing, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. She joined SUNY Sullivan (Loch Sheldrake, NY) in 2008 as the first instructor for the Green Building Maintenance and Management A.A.S. degree program, teaching courses such as Intro to Green Building, Intro to Renewable Energy, Energy Management, Green Building Materials, and Solar and Wind Systems. Since 2010, she has also been serving as the Director of Sustainability Projects and Initiatives for the college. Linky is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Sustainability Education from Prescott College.
