Tim is principal of Tim McCarthy Architect PC in the Adirondacks of NY state. As a licensed architect and sometimes builder, Tim McCarthy brings over twenty years of residential and light commercial design and build skills and knowledge to the table. Tim has pioneered several time and material saving modifications to current slipform stone building technology and has used slipform stone in commercial situations. Tim's own slipform stone home (delightfully referred to as X-1) was featured in Natural Home Magazine in 2002. |
