MA, Tufts U Benny is the Director of Education at The Appropriate Infrastructure Development Group. His work focuses on environmental policy in the built environment, and renewable energy issues in sustainable development. Having obtained his B.A. in Science, Technology and Society from Vassar College in 2001, he worked for 3 years as a field geologist and environmental scientist with an environmental consulting firm. He has been living and working in Guatemala with AIDG for the last 2 years and has been running a program there that implements appropriate technology projects in rural communities. |
