We will explore the building envelope, insulation, windows, heating, cooling, ventilation, indoor air quality, and other topics. Not only will we learn how to find problems, but we’ll learn what the pros do to fix them, from choosing and installing weatherstripping to replacing appliances to remediating mold to adding insulation. We’ll also discuss payback on such improvements so you’ll know what’s worth your money.
