Registration Fee

Please enclose a $1000.00 deposit to hold your spot in the program. We accept payment via cash, check, money order, or credit card. If you would like us to charge the fee to your American Express, Visa or Mastercard, please list the number below. Your application will not be processed until payment is received. NOTE: If you are not accepted into the program, we will notify you within two weeks, and fully refund your deposit.
